How to Snag a Totally Unique KOM Jersey

These unique jerseys are for those of you who love to climb and put in the pain to earn one.

Option 1

Age category winners at our August Hotter N’ Hell Climb at Mt. Baldy in California, and our Jeremiah Bishop Alpine Loop Gran Fondo in Harrisonburg, Virginia win the right to purchase one, just like state cycling champions can purchase a state champion jersey.

Option 2

New! KOM/QOM winners in any USA Cycling sanctioned event are also authorized to purchase a jersey. Just send an email to KOM/QOM @ cancerjourneysfoundation.org and we’ll tell you what you need to do.

Option 3

Lastly, we are developing a nationwide KOM/QOM series using Strava.com that begins in 2018. Click on the Events tab here on the website for more information.

NOTE WHEN ORDERING: Please note that these jerseys are “race cut” by Primal and they fit close to the body.
