What I did in 2017 to Keep My Cancer From Coming Back
I’m coming up on my 13th year as a cancer survivor and physical fitness and a cleaner diet has been a key part of my anti-cancer battle plan for over a decade.
Bicycling has been a key exercise tool for me since 2003 and in 2014 I joined Strava.com to track my mileage. Strava puts out a cool little video at the end of each year showing your accomplishments.
I was a little light last year in riding, but click on the image at right to see what I did.
I highly recommend joining something like Strava.com as an “accountability coach” for motivation. It works for me and might just work for you as well.
